The posters shown here are all original antique or vintage posters. Most are 75 to 100 years old, and most are lithographs. They are not to be confused with inexpensive reproduction prints. These are the surviving posters of their era, and are sought after for their artistic creativity as well as for their rarity. Most of the posters are professionally mounted on linen for preservation. MESSETT'S MUSICAL ENTERTAINERS VAUDEVILLE POSTER. C.1920. Original litho poster. Not a reproduction. Artist: anonymous. Size 28" x 42". A classic American vaudeville piece with the star and chorus line. Bit of nouveau feel. Printed by D.L. Co, Newport, KY. #5138. This photo doesn't do it justice because of the glare and lack of vivid color. We own one of these that is framed and it looks terrific. This is not mounted on linen, but that isn't needed if it is going to be framed. Near mint condition. $350...SALE $275
