BEST CURLS OF THE 19TH CENTURY! C.1890's. We would not normally list a photo that has this many cracks and bends, but this image is so specatacular we had to. Just as wonderful as the curls is the polka dot cravat. Great corduroy suit, too. Size 4.25 x 6.5. Photographer: Pfeifer & Co., 262,264 & 266 S. High St., Columbus, Ohio. $20

LITTLE GIRL IN SUPER WICKER CHAIR. C.1880's. She is identified on back of card as Hazel Eva Williamson, age 1 year, 8 months. The contrast is strong between the little girl in simple white and the large, fancy chair. Nice clear image with a few scuffs. Size 4.25 x 6.5. No photographer's name. Very good condition. $25

ADORABLE LITTLE BOY IN PLAID DRESS. A classic of the Victorian era…the cute little boy in the dress, and what a colorful outfit this was. Great chair as well. Photographer: Baily, Tamaqua, PA. Size 4.25” x 6.5". Condition is excellent with just a little soiling in upper area. This cabinet card must have spent most of its life in an album and has minimal wear. A charmer. $50

PAIR OF CABINET PHOTOS WITH IMAGES MADE FROM EARLIER DAGUERREOTYPE PHOTOS. C.1880's. The originals images were daguerreotypes or ambrotypes from the 1850's or 1860's. Having them made into cabinet photos allowed multiple family members to have the images of this couple who probably had passed away by the time the copies were made. Size 4.25 x 6.5. Photographer: Moore. Location unknown. Near mint condition. PAIR $50...SALE $35

TODDLER BALANCING ON LOG IN SPECTACULAR OUTFIT. C.1880's. This little girl's mother must have had a ball preparing for this photo. The coat and bonnet are made of beautifully tailored velvet. Great flame stitch belting. Love the funny idea of the log bridge setting. Size 4.25 x 6.5. Photographer: Stoddard, 844 Chapel St., New Haven, Conn. Slight fading and soiling, but overall condition is excellent. $35

ALFALFA'S MOTHER. C.1880's. This is an awesome hairdo. The girl is wearing a great looking dress. Nice vignette. Size 4.25 x 6.5. Photographer: Schaefer, 146 Main St., Rochester, N.Y. Image and card in excellent condition. $25...SALE $17.50
