OUR GUARANTEE We want you to be happy with your purchase. You have a 7-day money back guarantee. We really try to represent the items clearly, but there is subjectivity involved, and scanned images are not perfect. If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. After notification, the item must reach us within 10 days in original purchase condition, with postage and insurance paid by you.

We process orders in the order they are received. Phone calls are the fastest way to reach us, though we are often online to receive emails. For email orders, we will reply with confirmation that the items are available. We will also provide exact mailing and insurance costs. IMPORTANT… we need your name, mailing address, and phone number (and email address if you have one.)

AVAILABILITY: IMPORTANT: Please confirm the availability of an item before sending payment.

PRICING: Items marked “Postpaid” include regular shipping. All other items require shipping to be added to the price paid.

SHIPPING COSTS: Paper items that fit a standard 9 x 12 envelope are $2 each for first class mailing, but multiple items may be combined to save money. You may also choose Priority Mail (2-3 days) which is $3.85 flat rate for up to 16 oz. in a Priority Mail envelope. If you are purchasing multiple items that can go in the same Priority Mail flat rate envelope within the weight limit, there is no additional mailing charge. For larger or non-standard items shipping depends on size and weight. For unusual items, we can arrange other shipping options as appropriate. We will provide you with shipping costs at the time of purchase.

INSURANCE: Shipping insurance is at your discretion, however if you do not choose to have us purchase insurance for your purchase, any loss or damage in shipping is your responsibility. We will provide insurance costs at time of purchase. To help you determine if you wish to insure, here are sample insurance rates from the US Post Office website at www.usps.com. (Value $0.01 to $50.00 costs $1.30). (50.01 to $100.00 costs $2.20). (Value 100.01 to $200.00 costs $3.20). (Value 200.01 to $300.00 costs $4.20). (Value 300.01 to $400.00 costs $5.20). (Value 400.01 to $500.00 costs $6.20). Most packages will arrive just fine, but this is protection against the times when they don’t.

PAYMENT: For most purchases, you may pay with your Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express through PAYPAL. If you have not signed up for a free, secure PayPal account, it is simple and takes just a minute. Really! Clicking on the PayPal button will open a page that has a link to open an account. We also accept checks and money orders for any purchase. We may require a check for certain larger items. Payment is expected within one week. If you are paying by check, we hold the order until the funds have cleared. Checks and money orders to be made PAYABLE TO BRUCE LEVITT.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: You may pay via PayPal if your local currency is one of those supported by PayPal. Payment to us must be in US Dollars. Persons residing outside the U.S. may also pay by International Postal Money Order in US Dollars or by Western Union wire transfer in US Dollars. Shipping costs outside the continental U.S. will be figured at time of purchase.
